Regarding the fundamental principle of non-refoulement, Thomas Straub delivers an extensive review of the current ECtHR jurisprudence on Articles 2 and 3 ECHR and subsequently on Dublin transfers. He draws  comparisons to the CJEU case law on that subject and examines a list of outstanding cases, ordered by country of destination.
