Speaker

Christopher Bovis is Professor of International and European Business Law at the University of Hull. He specialises in public procurement and public-private partnerships as well as in all areas of European business law, anti-trust law and policy, with particular emphasis on public sector management. He is Special Advisor to the UN on Public Private Partnerships and advises national governments on public sector reforms.
